The Bushido Fit programs incorporate martial arts, cardio, flexibility, strength training together to provide a intense but safe workout.

The individualized in-home/office or Gym personal training programs provide comprehensive workouts for clients of all levels and goals in the comfort of your own home/office.  I will design a program specifically tailored to help you reach your goals, paying attention to technique, while offering constant motivation.  I'll help you set and reach your goals!
